Churchill Park Houses
These houses are typical of the Cape Cod style homes designed by Paul Meschino and built by the St. John's Housing Corporation in the area surrounding Churchill Square in the late 1940s. Most of these homes are still in existence and the area is now a sought-after middle class neighborhood. Note the corner windows, a common and distinguishing feature of SJHC houses.
