George Tuff, second hand of the SS Newfoundland, n.d.

Second hand of the SS Newfoundland, George Tuff was also the officer in charge of the 132 sealers stranded on the ice between March 31 and April 2, 1914. He was one of 54 men to survive the ordeal.
