Schooner submerged by tsunami, ca. November 1929
The masts of a submerged schooner jut out of the water in an unidentified bay along Newfoundland’s Burin Peninsula. A tsunami sank this vessel and hundreds more after it hit the peninsula on 18 November 1929.
