Canadian and Newfoundland Confederation Delegates, 1895.
Robert Bond, William H. Horwood, George H. Emerson and
Edward P. Morris were members of the Newfoundland delegation who met with
the Dominion Delegates in conference at Ottawa to reopen talks on
confederation.
