Admiral Sir Murray Anderson
Murray Anderson (1874-1936) was appointed governor of Newfoundland in 1933. In this photograph, taken on Government House grounds in August 1934, Anderson is entertaining Ramsay MacDonald, the prime minister of Great Britain.
