or 'station' from which both the fur trade and sea fisheries are conducted; ~
mark: stamped impression on the pelt of a fur animal designating the area in which it

that time, was a 'Fur and Fish' Post. ibid The fur mark 'E.B.' was known throughout the
Fur Trade as being the finest. E.B. represents Eskimo Bay.
