Visiting the Colony of Avalon

Introduction

Although more than one million specimens have been recovered and catalogued from the excavations at Ferryland, only a small fraction of the collection is presented at this time. In the coming months particular classes of objects will be presented in a systematic fashion, such as the marked tobacco pipes and bottle seals now available.
