pair of horses, for hauling a 'catamaran' or sled.
T 43/8-64 They
had a pole between the two horses, and they were shackled to the outside end o' this pole
from a swivel tree comin' across from each collar, and this was where they used to take
their load. The swivel tree [would] swing in any direction she wanted to go in.
