1 A small, flat stone used in
the game of ducks and drakes (P 148-63).
C 69-8 ~ Small stone,
which is held by resting on the thumb and middle finger, with the index finger curled
around it. They are thrown out over a body of water so that when it lands, it does so on
a flat side and skips up off the water surface and is again airborne. Then hopefully it
will repeat the performance again and as often as possible.
