T 43/7-64 If a woman had a stamped mat, and another woman wanted the design, they'd trace out the pattern of the scroll they'd call it, and the woman would hook it. When the mat would be finished your scroll would be showing up. Would be black and yellow and red and blue or whatever. T 94--64 You'd have scrolls on them. You'd mark out a big scroll, or maybe your father'd take the scissors and double up a piece o' paper, double it, keep doubling it, and then he take the scissors and cut it. When he'd opened it up he'd have a nice scroll.
