New web site to feature Newfoundland art

Lieutenant-Governor Max House will officially launch the work of
Newfoundland artists into cyberspace at the Art Gallery of Newfoundland
and Labrador on April 15.
House will open a new web site containing a significant number of images drawn from
the permanent collection of the gallery.
The web site is one of the largest digital collections in the province. It
contains over 400 images by such artists as Christopher Pratt, Josephina Kalleo,
Gerald Squires, Mary Pratt, Don Wright and others.
