The Colony of Avalon archaeological dig and Interpretation Centre are located in the town of Ferryland on the "Southern Shore" of the Avalon Peninsula. The drive from St. John's along Route 10 takes about one hour. We have included maps and directions which may assist your journey to Ferryland.
